Biography

Roland Omoresemi is a Seasoned IT strategist with strong technical aptitude. He is also an accomplished social entrepreneur who has more than 19 years of industry experience working in North America, East, and West Africa.

As a certified quality executive, he has spent the last decade implementing Software Quality Assurance/Testing processes and programs for various United States’ fortune 500 companies.

As a result of his vast knowledge, industry expertise and desire to help businesses excel, Roland founded the first “pure-play” Software Testing company in East Africa. This company has now grown into the distinct brand “Tezza” which has prominence in both East & West Africa.

A Cofounder and CEO who has worked with many complex IT systems in the world, Roland knows his onions. He gives the team a sense of shared purpose and continuously propel Tezza towards success.
